Specialty and Limited-Edition Ammunition: What to Track

The caliber is only the beginning
Two boxes marked 9mm can represent completely different products. Projectile construction, bullet weight, velocity goal, case treatment, package count, and intended application all matter. For shotshells, gauge, shell length, shot material, shot size, and payload weight help identify the actual load.

Limited edition and specialty are not synonyms
